Terms of Service

1. The service

Aioneprod is an online platform of business applications: records, forms, CRM, accounting, point of sale, online store, inventory, HR, helpdesk, documents, files, websites and workflows. We may improve, change or retire features over time. When a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Give accurate details and keep your password and devices secure: you are responsible for what is done with your account.

Tell us at once at contact@aioneprod.com if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

3. Workspaces, owners and members

A workspace belongs to the organization or person that created it, represented by its owners. Owners decide who may join, which roles members hold and what they may see. Members use a workspace under its owners’ authority and these terms.

4. Trials, plans and payment

A new workspace may try the platform free for a limited period. After the trial, a workspace continues on the plan it was given. Prices, limits and billing periods are those shown when the plan is chosen, or agreed with the reseller who sold it.

If a plan is not paid by its last day, the workspace receives a notice period, then becomes read only: nothing is deleted, and paying restores it. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

5. Your data

What you and your members put into Aioneprod remains yours. You give us only the rights needed to host, process, back up, display and transmit it to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for having the right to the data you upload, including personal data about your customers, employees and contacts, and for using it lawfully. For personal data you control, we act as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, collect data without consent, distribute malware, attempt to access what is not yours, overload or probe our systems, or resell the service without our agreement.

We may suspend content or accounts that put the platform, its users or third parties at risk. We will tell you why unless the law or the risk prevents it.

7. Public pages

Websites, stores, booking pages, forms and support pages you publish are your communications to your own visitors and customers. You are responsible for their content, for the terms and notices they need, and for honoring the orders, bookings and requests they receive.

8. AI features

Some features, such as reading documents into a table, use artificial intelligence. Their results may contain mistakes: check them before relying on them. Each plan includes a monthly number of AI uses.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep Aioneprod available and secure, and back up its data. Maintenance, incidents or events outside our control may still interrupt it. Support is available at contact@aioneprod.com.

10. Our property

The platform, its software, design and brand belong to Aioneprod and its licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy, modify or extract its code.

11. Liability

The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Aioneprod is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Aioneprod and delete your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. On request made before deletion, we will help you export your data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we will tell owners in the platform or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country where you live. Disputes go first to an amicable solution; failing one, to the competent courts of Casablanca.
